Last, but arguably most importantly, our construction and detail team has backgrounds in carpentry, remodeling, and masonry work, every component of the quality control process they inspect and correct prior to you moving into your home is being carried out by a tradesman who believes in treating every home as if it were their own.
The most significant driving force behind all of these amazing individuals who strive to deliver the best built home, is Walter T. Greth himself. Walter is the sole owner and operator of Greth Homes and has been since its inception in 1973. Walter’s attention to quality and customer service during the company’s long history has been root of the business’s success and accolades during that time. Walter still takes personal time to visit the homes under construction to ensure the fundamental values his company has been built upon, remain strong and consistent.
